​Pastor Oscar is originally from Los Angeles, California. Under the coverage of Iglesia Misionera Antioquia. Pastor Oscar has a tremendous passion for the word of God, along with a love for God's people. He has an infectious spirit of generosity that flows through all facets of his ministry. He also provides religious services, spiritual guidance and counseling to those in need throughout the community with the Idaho Law Enforcement Chaplaincy. He will continue to do the works of God with his family and his wife Leticia who helps coordinate the prayers.
